By purchasing from our shop, you acknowledge the following:
All of our zine products are pre-order items. Production will begin shortly after the pre-order period, which will end on August 31th, 2026. The order for item production will be placed on September 10th. Our handmade items are already partially complete and will be fully finished by October 1st. Shipping is estimated to begin November-December 2026. Please note that these are estimated dates and they may be subject to change.
Any updates regarding production or shipping will be shared via our social media and via email to all customers.
DIGITAL BUNDLE DISTRIBUTION
The Digital Bundle Zine PDF will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout after all physical orders have been shipped.
PHYSICAL ORDER PACKAGING AND SHIPPING
We do our best to ensure that all items arrive safely and in good condition to their destination.
- Zines will be packaged in bubble mailers
- Flat items (prints, stickers) will be within the pages of the zine
- 3D items will be packaged in bubble bags and/or cinch bags
- Any leftover space will be stuffed with bubble wrap to prevent excess movement
All orders will be shipped from the United States. Orders will include tracking information once the shipping process begins.
Please note that delivery times may vary based on location and carrier conditions, and that we are not responsible in any way for delays caused by the postal service, customs processing, or other external factors.
CUSTOMS AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customers are responsible for any custom duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply, as these charges are determined by the destination country and are outside of our control.Please provide your Recipient Tax ID in the notes of your order. This is now required for buyers located in:
Brazil (CPF)
Chile (RUT/RUN)
Mexico (Mexican Tax ID or National ID)
Saudi Arabia (short address code, full national address, Saudi ID)
South Korea (PCCC)
If you do not provide the Recipient Tax ID on your order, your package may be delayed as we attempt to contact you. If you do not provide us with an Recipient Tax ID after two weeks of attempted contact, the order will be refunded and will not be shipped.
For buyers in the UK, due to new regulations of online sellers being charged VAT on orders BELOW £135 (approx 175 USD) an additional shipping fee has been integrated into bundles going to the UK. You will not be required to provide any additional information and the shipping cost will appear to you as normal. This information is being provided for the sake of transparency.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Due to current USPS service limitations and international mailing restrictions, we are unable to ship to the following countries:Afghanistan, Eritrea, Iran, Kuwait, Lebanon, Seychelles
Any orders placed from the countries listed above will be canceled and refunded. Shipping availability in these countries may be subject to change based on postal service updates.
Due to limited postal services within the country, all Russian buyers' items will be bundled and sent to a distributor who will then mail them out domestically. This is the same distributor who has worked with the HashiMada Week team in years' past and is a participant of the Forest Fire Zine. They have run zines and their own merch lines and so have plenty of experience handling products.
SHIPPING LIABILITY
Please note that we are not responsible for:
- Lost or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier
- Damage that occurs after delivery
- Customs-related delays, fees, or import taxes.
